Be the backup of the Site SHE advisor, when not present. Update factory leadership team on KPI, incident investigation outcomes and in general about all the SHE issues raising at factory.Do and coordinate training initiatives, induction, update management system, follow up of scheduled activities. Support the health professional system for the correct implementation of health surveillance.Must have:• Oriented for safety and environment, with the awareness his/her job can reduce pain and suffering to our employees and harm to our planet• Developed ability to communicate to and influence people at all levels of the organisation• Fluent English speaking and writing• MS-Office (Excel, Word and Power Point knowledge)Desirables:Qualified trainer for safety according to Local Law.Gi Group SpA è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro (Aut.
