For a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Practical Process Improvement Business System Intern.
Main responsibilities are to support implementation of PPI Business System to drive continuous improvement through Operational Excellence and Lean Transformation.
As part of PPI Team you will play an important role ensuring the Productivity target is reached and the PPI activities for the Site are successfully executed through a collaborative challenge and an active support to the SLT and others site departments.
The candidate, after a period in which will understand PPI principle and activity, will analyzed current situation in term of tools used to collect and analyzed data.
After the “as is” analysis the scope of the project will be to introduce new informatics tools to collect data, monitoring, analyzing and reporting in an easy and simple way. Potential application could be the OEE and KPIs measure, electronic dashboard, capacity tools development, mobile apps and implementation of Corporate tool like “PPINow”.
In this position you will:
- Support Standardization of processes and continuous improvement training material
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement events (such Kaizen, VSM, Workshop) in order to implement the PPI Business System while reaching the productivity targets
- Analyze/define operational opportunities by conducting detailed operational, value stream , and observing operations as directed by Manager PPI Business System
- Support operational improvement projects ensuring projects achieve desired objectives;
- Support the development of an operational excellence culture by using various methodologies and tools available in the PPI Business System;
- Support new developments in business process improvement methodology and best practices;
- Assist in the education and training on operational excellence principles.
