Role will report to Snr Finance manager with strong dotted line to the SIOP manager. For the site of Novara we are looking a SENIOR SPECIALIST COMMERCIAL & IT CONTROLLING.DescrizioneEncompass, but are not limited to, the following duties and activities:v Drive the demand forecast preparation:· work with sales and product management to integrate their insights into the forecast and update ofthe forecasting tool datasets· Run statistical model when required· Ensure the validity of the figures, correct mistakes where necessary· deliver demand forecast documentsv Lead the meeting with the sales, PM and business managers to validate the forecastsv Generate the demand forecast in pieces to operationsv Work with finance to define parameters to convert demand to net sales and std margin forecast and ensure alignment with financial forecastv Update the financial system (Onestream) with the latest planv Improve the forecast accuracy, by providing analysis to product manager of the SKUs or families that are causing main deviations and work with the teams to fix themv Continuous improvement of the forecasting process and toolsv Participate business intelligence projects to enhance data awareness across the companyv Support ad hoc projects as requestedProfilo del Candidatov Master's degree in business/finance or engineering.v Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, supply chain or SIOP. The ideal candidate already has strong experience with demand planning activities.v Advanced excel, VBA and SQL skills (mandatory).
