Position Summary Control and supervision of an area of the Hub warehouse: support and supervision of the activities of personnel involved in sorting packages, so it is carried out in accordance with company procedures and set schedules. Key Accountabilities• Analysis of the planned incoming volume and consequent activity planning • Set-up, configuration and distribution of the equipment provided for the staff sorting the goods • Management and supervision of package sorting; audit on the correct application of UPS procedures during unloading, sorting, reloading, closing the vehicles • Support to the staff in charge of handling goods during loading and unloading at the arrival and departure of trucks and in resolving operational problems Other Job Requirements• Drafting and development of administrative reports and database update regarding the department's activities • Checking the equipment and the package handling system

Education and Work Experience High school diploma Previous work experience in logistics or warehouses preferred Ability to work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines Thoroughness, reliability and dedication to work Determination, initiative and decisiveness in your personal attitude Ability to relate at different levels and with people of different backgrounds Dynamism, flexibility and willingness to work in the warehouse environment Common sense, organizational skills, problem solving Aptitude for the management and resolution of operational contingencies Analytical skills Good knowledge of Office applications Good knowledge of English
