Established in 1991 in Lithuania, VIČIŪNAI Group is one of the largest seafood producer in Europe and second biggest surimi processor on the planet, with its 9,100 employees in 20 countries and a consistently growing turnover (approx. 530 million €) and EBITDA. VIČIŪNAI factories are based in Baltics, Russia and Spain.
The Group has been developing its sales in Italy since 2000. VG Italy, based in Spoleto, is a commercial branch and has a yearly turnover of more than 50 million €, with yearly increase of 15% and a robust growth plan.
POSITION
The Country Manager VG Italy will be located in Spoleto, reporting directly to VIČIŪNAI Group Managing Director Western and Central Europe based in Lithuania and will be a key contributor to this Management Team.

CANDIDATE
Experience
You have developed a significant work experience in the B2C commercial functions of international organizations in the food sector, especially in sales management of Key Accounts in Modern Trade.
You have held in positions of increasing responsibilities up to the management of the P&L of a Business Unit or a small company, with a proven track record of delivering results both in the short and long term.
Management of Private Label contracts and development of Private Label solutions are part of your expertise.
Good experience in management of sales teams is mandatory as well the deep knowledge of retail channels.
You have managed cross functional teams, helping them to achieve the agreed results.
Experience in customer care management and logistics is a plus.
Personal Abilities
You are an ambitious sales oriented Executive, with strong focus on results.
You can effectively organize the work of your team, and are prepared to work with great autonomy.
You are a constructive negotatior and take and active role in sales development.
You are also familiar and at ease with a company culture oriented to a positive approach, quick decisions, entrepreneurial attitude, problem-solving mindset.
You thrive within international contexts, interacting in a positive and open way with people of different cultures.
Qualifications
You have a degree in Business Management, possibly coupled with a MBA in Sales and Marketing.
You are fluent in English and Italian.
You are based near Spoleto or are prepared to relocate in the area.
