Role Purpose- Identify potential solutions to address grower needs and support new product launches via participation in trials and training.- Support and collaborate with CP sales force specifically for Ornamentals Controls- Support, train and coach key distributors, channel partners, growers and influencers- Develop a technical leadership position in the sectors of Ornamentals control and Turf&Landscape, building and developing a strong relationship with a stakeholders network also by using digital tools and social media

- Familiar in the use of digital tools and social media (5% of the working time in creating/adapting content for social media communication)
 
Accountabilities:• Collect data and support to analyze Market and Value Chain dynamics• Contribute to provide inputs and to design Campaign Plans • Implement assigned campaign plans activities under the project guidance of the SPS Business Manager.• Provide agronomic support, training and coaching to local SPS Teams, key distributors, channel partners, growers and influencers.• Identify, communicate and steward measurable technical attributes of our products and Integrated Solutions portfolio by providing technical guidance.• Identify potential solutions to address grower needs and support new product launches via participation in trials and training.• Set up and follow up commercial trials, coordinated by EAME Technical Service Managers, to:- o build deep understanding of Syngenta product/solution;- o help SPS Business Manager to sharpen their positioning and maximize the impact of product launches; - o transfer the knowledge of Syngenta offer to key market players to support maximization of Syngenta offer market value. • Leverage deep understanding of leading growers’ Key Buying Factors to efficiently sell on the value of Syngenta products and offers and drive market share gains.• Support SPS Business Manager and EAME Technical Service Managers to transfers technical insights to SPS Syngenta R&D.• Claim opportunity support: resolve grower claims and create new opportunities in coordination with SPS Business Manager and EAME Technical Service Managers.
Critical experience and knowledge• 1/2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the agri-business sector• 3/5 years technical support experience in the agri-business sector• Good knowledge of market and value chain dynamics and relevant influencers/stakeholders
• Good scientific background in Agronomy and Horticulture• Solid crop management knowledge• Computer skills (Microsoft Office user)• Social media and digital tools management• Italian spoken and Proficient English
