Our client is the European leader in the material handling equipment sector and for an important organizational development strategy for the Italian plant, has commissioned us to identify:
VALUE STREAM LEADER - INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES MANUFACTURING
REGGIO EMILIA
The candidate will be responsible for the management of the entire Value Stream Flow of a single range production line (customized) from painting to delivery to customer keeping Safety, People, timing, costs & quality aligned to the P&L expectations.
In detail:
Manage daily operations overseeing the entire Value Stream Flow from painting to delivery to the Customers
He/she will hire, train and develop individuals reporting directly to him/her
Oversee and manage continuous improvement initiatives in collaborations with Lean Leaders and other functions
Set and manager daily KPI's
Manage budget and work towards lowering costs
Manage production throughput vs plan

WE REQUIRE:
Degree as Mechanical/Industrial Engineer and/or comparable qualification
3+ years of experience in a fast paced competitive manufacturing environment
Track record in Lean Manufacturing/WCM implementation
Clear thinking and good listener
Team-player, imagination and courage
Leadership and ready to perform under pressure
English fluent
DESIDERABLE:
Six Sigma
Experience in automotive industry as car maker or 1st tier supplier
