Siamo alla ricerca di un R&D MECHANICAL ENGINEER da inserire su importanti progetti presso un’azienda del settore biomedicale.

 

Il/La candidato/a dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti:

Laurea in Ingegneria Biomedica o Meccanica/Meccatronica

 

Responsabilità:

 

• Support technical activities related to the design of new active implantable medical devices or peripherals under the guidance of a technical leader a/o lead activities for design changes of released products
• Participate in development activities from early stage concept definition to design reviews to design transfer to manufacturing and production ramp-up support
• Be the technical point of contact of internal (project team, Quality Engineering, Operations, Regulatory Affairs) and external stakeholders (suppliers, Notified Bodies)
• Interact with mechanical component suppliers for technical review and development/change execution control
• Create component technical specifications including consistent control plans (at supplier and internally if needed) based on severity assessment
• Perform expertise at component, semi-finished and finished product level for non-conformances assessment
• Plan, execute and document DVT tasks at component and finished product level

 

 

Requisiti richiesti:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Mechatronics, Biomedical), with 3 years of relevant working experience in highly regulated environment
• Fluent in English, making her/him able to write technical documentation and attend and communicate in technical review meetings
• Proficient with 3D CAD design (Creo and Windchill suite highly preferred); knowledge of FEM simulation SW (i.e. COMSOL) is a plus
• Experience with New Product Introduction process
• Experience with Risk Analysis (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis) and problem solving statistical techniques (DMAIC) making her/him able to build robust investigation plans
• Experience with supplier interactions
• Able to understand standard provisions and technically transfer them into DVT plans
• Able to use under limited guidance typical inspection/measuring/testing equipment
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing process such as metal deep-drawing, injection molding, thermo-forming, welding techniques
• Basic understanding of project management process
