BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (disabled person –art. 1 L. 68/99)

Description

The ideal candidates for this position will have at least 3years of experience as IT Business Analyst or Consultant and is You will be part of the Business Support System to play an important part in assessing, designing, and managing Software supporting the company internal processes.

The ideal candidates have experience working in a collaborative environment and have a genuine interest and passion for the technologies they use.

They also have significative IT working experience in one or more of the following areas: Provisioning, Billing, Collection, Financial Reconciliation.

• Gather structured requirements from the end users, write functional/technical specifications
• Participate in the design of the software solutions supporting internal processes
• Support managing, control, and monitor operation of the internal business process from a Technology point of view
• Participating in periodical plans to deliver business and tech goals

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with minimum 3years’ experience 
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel in particular
• Proven experience in DML and DDL activities on relational databases
• Proven experience in process flow design
• Strong communication skills with ability to develop strong relationships within your own team, department, and the wider business
• Good knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Agile methodology
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira)
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with Java
• Understanding of web programming fundamentals like REST and HTTP
• Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
