QUALITY PLANT MANAGER | AUTOMOTIVE

Job Description

Main Responsabilities:

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing quality problems, will have to support the development process, will have to contribute to the development of the strategy, policies, processes and standards for quality in which the company, and its supply chain, operate:

• Management of resources within the Quality Office;
• Analysis of qualitative requirements in supply contracts, collection of quality data for monitoring objectives;
• Management of quality issues within the reference team;
• Report on KPI's in order to adhere to the process and prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance relating to the product, process or system;
• Promote the use of continuous improvement techniques such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing) and Measurement System Analysis; Perform the root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5whay's,);
• Participation in DFMEA and PFMEA;
• Manage customer complaints through company tools (root cause analysis, problem solving, 8D report). Managing the relationship with the customer;
• Conducting benchmarking studies to determine best practices / projects and instruction on future trends;
• Contribute, support and lead to continuous improvement activities.

Skills & Experience

• Master's degree | technical or scientific;
• Experience at least 5 years in the required role gained in companies in the automotive, household appliance sector;
• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP);
• Knowledge of the TS16949 quality system (IATF16949 is a plus),
• Knowledge of AIAG standards with main focus on process control;
• A good level of knowledge of the English language is required;
• Six Sigma Certification | preferable requirement;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing | preferable requirement

 

Placement: Permanent Contract

GAS: €45.000 - € 55.000 + Mbo
