We are looking for a PROJECT LEADER in charge of developing a new product range. She/He will work in an important company operating in the sustainable mobility sector based in the north-east of Veneto, firmly focused on the development of advanced technologies for passenger transport vehicles.
The Project Leader will be in charge, through the use of Project Management techniques/tools, of developing a new product range, including the definition of the new components and the design of their parts. She/he will also be responsible for the FMEA analysis and the design of the product parts validation tests in collaboration with the Quality Control Team. Finally, she/he will have the responsibility to evaluate and source Italian and foreign suppliers of components/technology.
She/He will supervise the product conception process: from the drafting of technical specifications to the prototyping phase.
The role involves a strong collaboration with Production and Quality Teams to solve technical problems and continuously improve the product.
The ideal candidate has a degree in electrical or electronic engineering, has gained valuable experience in automotive companies or companies producing complex electromechanical machines or subassemblies.
She/He also has a basic knowledge of brushless motors, inverters and battery management systems.
The ideal profile is completed by fluent English, proactivity and flexibility, and teamwork skills.
Availability to travel is required.
