Store Manager forniture: Moscow

The ideal candidate is extremely dynamic and target oriented and has a strong management skill providing an excellent customer service.

As a brand Ambassador of the flagship store in Moscow, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with Interior Design and Architects understanding their needs not only in Moscow but in the whole Russian territory.

Responsabilities:

  • The Brand Ambassador represents the Company, promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally in collaboration with the sales agents. Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market;
  • Build a network of people who has an impact on the business of luxury at national and regional level, promoting the customer retention in the flagship store;
  • Coordinate and manage all the store activities;
  • Provide an excellent customer service as per company guide lines;
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; 
  • Communicate the company value to the sales teams guaranteeing an excellent/exclusive customer service based on the annual and monthly target and targets;

Requirements:

  • At least two years’ experience as a Store Manager and Brand Ambassador in structured Companies;
  • Previous experience in luxury and furniture sectors is highly desirable;
  • Excellent English knowledge;
  • Russian mother tongue or equivalent/similar;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • Target oriented;
  • Available for business travel internationally and in the Russian territory.

Training period 2/3 weeks in our head-office.
