Randstad HR Solutions is searching, for an Italian multinational company with Headquarter in Turin,
GRADUATES to be on boarded as Junior Hr Generalist.
The candidate will join the HR team and will support Hr Department in Headquarter based in Turin in many different projects at local and global level.
The candidate will manage the implementation of transversal projects within the HR function (Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Internal Communication, Organization and Reporting, Industrial Relations).
Technical Skills
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics/Statistics/Law/Management Engineering/Political Sciences or similar background
- Six months of experience in HR organization
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Passion for Human Resources
