For our clientDettagli sul clientePharmaceutical Company (API)DescrizioneThe candidate, reporting to the Regional Quality Director, will have the following responsibilities
  • Acts as the primary/initial point of contact for quality matters for sales and customer support for APIs (excluding routine requests, complaints/OOS, and excluding R&D projects).  
  • Builds strong relationship with customers responding to their request in a fast, complete, efficient and consistent manner.
  • Builds strong relationship and interact with the site quality units (QC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, etc..) to collect and assess data for responses to customers.  Monitors progresses of agreed upon tasks and escalate issues/delays when they arise preparing contingency plans with internal partners..
  • Interacts with sales and customer support to ensure transparency and provides them with tools to address basic quality/regulatory requests (e.g. administrative information, off-the-shelf information, pre-defined statements).
  • Builds and maintains sufficient knowledge of site pipeline to understand the customer requests. 
  • Develops and maintains KPIs to track customer support and databases to track customer requests. 
  • Leads initiatives to improve and harmonize quality processes driven to the improvement of customer satisfaction. 
  • Understands and anticipates customer needs and support the organization and main stake holders in the design of experiments for new products.
  • Performs gap and risk assessment of existing/new submissions based on the most current quality and regulatory requirements and expected customer needs.
  • The position has a matrix reporting to Global Manager of Quality and Regulatory Customer care to ensure transparency of customer relationship, capitalize on synergies between site on shared customer platforms.
