- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Assist in the definition of project scope, requirements and objectives
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
