For a multinational energy company, we are looking for a Buyer who will be involved actively in the Procurement & Logistics team, being responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support Procurement & Logistics department activities.
Your responsibilities
• Support process improvement teams;• Coordinate daily material issues and communication alignment between production stock outs versus SAP stock-outs;• Analyze inventory trends, reports findings;• Review material plans (planned orders);• Manage SAP activities;• Investigate problems, finds root causes and recommends improvement to existing and planned PL processes.
Your background
• Mechanical or Management Degree;• Knowledge and understanding of purchasing terms and conditions, supply chain management and logistics issues;• Strong PC knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and ERP system will be an advantage;• Nice to have Engineer or Economic Management Degree;• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal);• Team building approach and strong communications skills;• Interest and basic knowledge of technical specifications and engineering field will be a plus.
