is looking for an exceptional

 

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

For our head office near Caserta we are looking as of now for a Financial Controller.

You will be involved in financial forecast and budget, that include also processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.

About the job

You will collaborate with our Group CFO and you will have the chance to develop your technical skills in Financial Controlling area. In this role, you will be expected to follow all the company’s departments and you will contribute to the achievements of your team.

In details, you will:

• Support budget owners in financial forecast;
• Be involved in month closure and reporting activities;
• Map potential risks and opportunity within the assigned budget;
• Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.;
• Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the Group CFO;
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices;
• Complete reconciliation of bank statements and invoices/expenditures;
• Complete VAT and Intrastat return;
• Review and adhere to department budgets;
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets;
• Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entry are correct;
• Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by checking with employees and/or clients;
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions for the business.

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

• Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
• Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
• Structured and analytical way of working;
• Relational skills and flexibility;
• Previous international and/or internship experience will be a plus;
• Experience of processing invoices and accounting is an advantage;
• Excel and Powerpoint knowledge;
• Fluent in Italian and in English
