Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting for a leading telco company a
HR Recruiter (protected categories L68/99)
responsabilità
- Being part of Talent Acquisition Team and manage all activities related recruitment process: interviews for junior and senior level for Italy Office (Rome and Milan), input data in the system, follow approval process, preparing formal contract
- Create and update periodically Reports related to HR Talent Acquisition Dept to support and guide the Business Referents (Excel Pivot Tables and PowerPoint presentation)
- Meeting Arrangement for all Technical, HR & Overall Interviews & meeting room reservation for Italy
- Support on others activities and project where HR Talent Acquisition Team is involved.
- Employer branding annual plan and activities
- Campus recruitment activities annual plan, implement
competenze
- Graduated in Business Administration or equivalent majors
- Excellent Level in using EXCEL/Pivot and Powerpoint
- Fluent English language
- Open minded, problem solving, team working, able to work under pressure
- Very good communication skills
- Smart and proactive approach suitable to work in fast growing multinational environment
