N° 1101-SG), ricerca per azienda multinazionale leader nel settore farmaceutico brillanti neo laureati / laureandi per un’opportunità diInternship Finance and Accounting The internship activities will be focused on:-supporting the commercial management in maintaining and improving performance by: providing financial management information for decision support and control that meets the needs of users; preparing financial key figures/indicators to support target setting (Budget and Latest Outlook); supporting the business in the decision making process through meaningful analysis & business cases.-supporting credit department in credit and cash-flow management including special project with Six-Sigma Approach to streamline end-to-end process.At the end of the 6-months internship, there will be the concrete possibility to join the Group with a permanent contract and be formally involved in the “Finance TOP” Graduate Program.“Finance TOP” is a 18-months program with a structured and solid cross-divisional career path to grow and reinforce responsibilities and to move towards roles of increasing responsibility within Divisions.Internship learning goals:Prepare franchise/brands management reports to track actual sales & costs performance against planned dataSupport the monthly closure and related activitiesPrepare franchise/brands budgets and latest outlookSupport franchise finance head in the formulation of their business and financial plans and support franchise in decision-makingRepresent Finance within the Commercial Function to ensure that business planning, accounting and control are integrated into the decision-making processes within the Commercial functionPrepare credit management analysis and support O2C lead in credit management special project Requirements:BA/Ms (3+2) in “Accounting, Financial Management and Control” and “Management” and “Management Engineering”Analytic thinking, ambition to grow, curiosity, interest and attitude for digital innovationAbility to communicate and to interact in a matrix organizationFluency in EnglishInternational mobility Location: Origgio (VA)Gi Group SpA è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro (Aut.
