Drive Executive team activities, track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Maintain organizational charts; partner with Finance, Recruiting and HR on headcount management
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO and internal departments
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO on matters the CEO has assigned
Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO and determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Manages a variety of special projects for the CEO which may include personal projects
Works with other members of the CEO support team to manage the CEO's projects
Knowledge of the organizational structure and the objectives of the team

Bachelor's degree
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages. German is a plus.
Proven experience providing executive support at an Executive level
Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
