This includes multiple tasks that range from supporting forecast & budgeting to providing comprehensive set of reporting & analysis.Main activities and responsibilitiesMonthly Close and Business reviews:Coordinate Area Close activity with subsidiaries with extra attention on headquarter spendsProvide ad-hoc reporting & analysis to support close and Business ReviewsProvide Business insights leveraging as much as possible existing reporting solutionSupport WE HQ on new Key metrics about consumption.Quarterly Forecast:Drive detailed HQ revenues forecastCo-support subsidiaries as first level of escalation with CorporationSupport WE HQ on key metrics forecast for ServicesAd hoc processes & tools: Support on Revenue/Cloud consumption Accountability Provide financial interface and 1st escalation point on key financial metrics issue related to systems and tools Simplify and standardize available reports/tools to drive better impact/insights on the business.Contacts:Subsidiary Customer Success/Consulting Finance ManagersRegional & Corporate Finance representativesWEHQ Finance & CS/Consulting teamRequirements• 1-2 years experience in a similar role (Financial Analyst / Junior Controller)• Degree in Economics• Fluent in English• Very confident in using Excel (Pivot, V-look up)• Power BI and Power Pivot are considered a plus• Analytical skills• Team-working• International mindset and ability to work in a complex environmentLocation: Milan / smart working.Offer: contratto di somministrazione fino al 30 Giugno 2021 (con eventuale rinnovo).
