The team is mainly focused on providing digital support and consultancy to its customers through several channels - chat, email, phone - and on web content management. The candidate will also be involved in supporting Digital Advertising activities.The candidate we are looking for should be able to organize his/her own tasks and activities, and be inclined to team work.Profilo del CandidatoThe offer is addressed to candidates (F/M) with legal eligibility to work in the EU.Language requirements:
  • Slovak/Czech: proficient, both written and spoken (mother tongue or C1).
  • English: fluent, both written and spoken (C1-B2).
  • Other languages are a plus.
Other requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office pack.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (ex. CMS, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to organize the daily tasks and activities in an efficient and proactive way, and to deliver on time.
  • Be an independent, proactive, problem solver and team player person.
  • Inclined to work in a multicultural team.
  • Previous experience with customer service and/or help desk is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of digital advertising is a strong plus.
