The team is mainly focused on providing digital support and consultancy to its customers through several channels - chat, email, phone - and on web content management. The candidate will also be involved in supporting Digital Advertising activities.The candidate we are looking for should be able to organize his/her own tasks and activities, and be inclined to team work.Profilo del CandidatoThe offer is addressed to candidates (F/M) with legal eligibility to work in the EU.Language requirements:
Slovak/Czech: proficient, both written and spoken (mother tongue or C1).
English: fluent, both written and spoken (C1-B2).
Other languages are a plus.
Other requirements:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good knowledge of the MS Office pack.
Familiarity with digital tools (ex. CMS, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to organize the daily tasks and activities in an efficient and proactive way, and to deliver on time.
Be an independent, proactive, problem solver and team player person.
Inclined to work in a multicultural team.
Previous experience with customer service and/or help desk is a plus.
Good knowledge of digital advertising is a strong plus.
